Modern and spacious open plan apartment. It has magnificent views of the ocean and entire bay, from the Keurbooms lagoon mouth to Robberg.
The inside building is private and secure, with electric motor gate and parking. Stairs lead up to the entrance. * The stairs are not great for children under 12.
The apartment has an open-plan living area all with lovely views of the sea. TV lounge, Dining area seating 8 and modern kitchen.
The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and washing machine.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Bedroom 1:
It has a main bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite shower and bath. The bedroom opens onto the main patio, with views over town and the bay.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite shower. This bedroom also opens onto the main patio with views.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom is very spacious with X2 Single Beds pushed together and X1 Bunk Bed and en-suite shower.
It has an open outside patio with an outdoor dining table seating 6 and a gas and Weber charcoal braai. There are two sun loungers for use on the patio.
