• Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer combo and microwave.
• Cooking:  4 plate gas hob and electric oven (Bosch)
• Built-in Braai.
• Parking is off street but not fenced/enclosed.
• The property is equipped with an alarm system and has internal and external security beams.
• No pets allowed.
• Non-smoking home, please smoke outside.
