Well appointed and equipped holiday home with direct access to the Lagoon Beach. Enjoy the  lovely views of the lagoon and sea. Leave the keys behind and stroll onto the beach.
Double story room with lots of living areas, a top roof deck with seating area and outdoor patio table offering stunning views of the lagoon, sea and mountain.
Downstairs: Single garage parking and driveway parking for 2-3.  Enter directly into the house from the garage of from the front door. This opens into an entrance hall with a staircase leading up to the main living area, kitchen, TV lounge, Patio and Main Bedroom. Downstairs is the kitchenette, formal lounge with doors leading out onto the enclosed pool area with a built-in braai, outdoor dining table seating 10 and laundry.
The guest bedrooms are also downstairs. The live-in cleaning lady has her own room which is separate and private from the house and is not indruding. This is accessed from the laundry room and drying area.

Stairs lead up to the main living area: This is an expansive living area, with indoor dining table, modern kitchen, TV room and sitting room with glass doors opening onto the covered patio. The main bedroom is on this level.
An external staircase leads up to the viewing deck which has an outdoor patio table, sun umbrealla and patio chairs – all with lovely views.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
All bedrooms have air-conditioners
Main Bedroom Upstairs: Queen sized bed with dressing room and full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower, Double Basin, Dressing area and separate toilet.  Doors open up onto the lagoon facing patio.
Guest Toilet.
Downstairs: All bedrooms have doors opening onto the pool area.
Bedroom 2: Double Bed
Bedroom 3: X2 Single Beds
Family Bathroom: Bath, Shower Basin and Toilet.
Bedroom 4: X1 Queen bed and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.
There is an interleading door leading to:
Bedroom 5:  X2 Bunk Beds and X2 Single Beds and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet. This room is suited to a max of 2-4 due to very limited wardrobe space. Smart TV and Air-conditioner.

ACCOMMODATION CHECK-LIST:

• Mandatory cleaning lady Eunice is included for weekdays for basic housekeeping. Personal laundry is optional and extra. Eunice lives in on the property and has keys to the house.
• The house is equipped with an alarm system with external and internal security beams.
• Remote controlled garage door. Parking for 1. The beach equipment is in the garage.
• Bed linen, bath and swimming towels are provided.
• WiFi included.
• There is a fireplace in the lounge.
• Smart TV and Premium DSTV included.
• A camp cot and high chair is available for use.
• Kitchen equipped with:  4 plate gas hob and electrical oven. X2 Fridge/Freezer combo. Microwave.  Coffee Machine. Scullery with dishwasher.
• Pool area: This is paved. Built in brick braai, outdoor table seating 8, x2 Sun loungers,
• Laundry equipped with: Washing machine, Tumble drier.
• Swimming Pool has a safety net. Please confirm if required prior to arrival. Pool is solar heated.
• Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided.
• The top viewing deck has a sun umbrella, 6 tub chairs and an outdoor dining table seating 8.
• Non-smoking.
• No pets allowed.
