Doors lead to the covered top patio with outdoor table seating 10 with views overlooking the pool downstairs. There are three bedrooms upstairs including the main bedroom. Stairs lead down to the bar area, second lounge, dining room (round 8-seater), kids’ room and bathroom, another two guest bedrooms. Patio and built-in braai and pool area with well-established garden.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 1:  Main Bedroom: X1 King bed with en-suite bathroom: Bath, Double Basin, Shower and Toilet. Sliding door leads to shared balcony.  There are stunning views of the bay. Spacious dressing room.
Bedroom 2: X1 Queen Bed with door leading to the balcony.
Bedroom 3: X2 Single Beds with a door to the shared balcony.
Family bathroom 1: Bath, Basin and Toilet.
Family bathroom 2: Shower, Basin and Toilet.

Downstairs:

Just off the bar and TV area is bedroom 4 and to the right are the next two guest bedrooms.

Bedroom 4: X2 Single Beds and 2 bunk beds en-suite bathroom: Shower, Basin & Toilet. The bathroom has another section can be used as change room for pool side.
Bedroom 5: Queen Bed with doors leading onto the pool area.
Bedroom 6: Queen Bed with doors leading onto the pool area.
Family Bathroom for bedrooms 5 and 6 to share: Bath, Shower and Toilet.
