Enter into the open-plan living area, with a TV lounge, indoor dining and kitchen with scullery.
The main bedroom is downstairs and the two guest bedrooms are upstairs.
Doors lead from the living area out onto the lovely courtyard with a covered patio and outdoor furniture.  There is a portable braai for use.
The dining table seats 6. The kitchen is well equipped.

BEDOOMS AND BATHROOMS:  All bedrooms are carpeted.

Main Bedroom: Queen sized bed and full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 2: Double Bed
Bedroom 3: Double Bed
Family Bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet.
Separate guest toilet downstairs.

Accommodation & facility check list:

• Linen, bath and basic swimming towels are provided.
• Flat-screen TV & DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.
• Scullery is  equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.  There are two fridge/freezer combos.
• 4 plate Electrical Hob and X1 Double Electric oven
• Portable braai for charcoal or wood available for use on the patio.
• Garage parking for one small vehicle. Parking for guests is open parking at River Club and first-come, first serve.
• One poratable inverter is provided which is connected to the WiFi and for charging devices.
• Uncapped fibre wifi.
• Strictly No pets allowed.
• Non-smoking.
• Tennis courts, squash courts and communal swimming pool in complex.   Please bring own tennis & squash racquets and balls.
• River Club is fenced (except for the river), has access control with security guards at guard house.
• Please note that there are two locked linen cupboards which are excluded from the rental.
