10 Bedrooms/5 Bathrooms – SLEEPS 16 MAX   Set in a private estate, this holiday home is in a fantastic location overlooking Robberg Beach with views of the beach, sea and Robberg Peninsula.

From the driveway and parking area – enter in the entrance hall – to the right is the kitchen, to the left is a TV room.  Stairs lead down to the spacious open-plan living area – on the right is the indoor dining area 12 and to the left a sitting room – both with views of the sea.  Doors lead out to the outdoor patio and pool terrace.  With stunning views of the beach, sea and Peninsula. Wooden stairs lead down from the terrace to the guest bedrooms on the bottom floor. There are two staircases leading up to the two main bedrooms and two guest bedrooms.

Top Floor: There are two sea-facing bedrooms on the top floor with stunning views of the sea and bay – both have doors leading onto the sea-facing balcony. The two smaller rooms are at the back.

Accommodation & facility check list:

• Bed Linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your beach towels.
• 1 mandatory cleaning lady to work Mondays to Fridays from 8.30am to 3pm. Duties exclude cooking and babysitting. Her rate is excluded from the booking.   Week-ends are optional and extra. Should there be more than 6 occupants, another cleaning lady may be required to work. Her rate is excluded from the booking.
• DSTV decoder including smart card included in rental X1 HD TV.
• Kitchen equipped with X1 free standing fridge and X1 freestanding fridge/freezer combo. There is a separate chest freezer in the garage.
• Nespresso Machine ** Please bring your own original Nespresso pods as these are not always available in Plett. You are welcome to pre-order and we can take delivery.
• 5 Plate Gas Hob & Double Electric Oven.
• Dishwasher and Microwave.
• The washing machine and tumble drier are in the garage.
• Rim-flow swimming pool – no net or fence.
