Street Level: Enter into the garage from the driveway. This leads directly into the house. There is also the front door to the left of the driveway. Enter into the entrance hall.
Down the stairs is the main living area, pool and terraced garden along and one guest bedroom and a bathroom.
The main bedroom and another 3 guest bedrooms are upstairs.
The living area downstairs is open-plan with a separate TV room and an enclosed braai and patio area.
Doors lead from the living area onto the covered patio with lovely views of the lagoon, sea and mountains.

The pool is a level below in the garden and is surrounded by a much-loved garden.
The kitchen is open-plan with a separate scullery. There is a separate laundry area with a bar fridge.
The indoor dining table seats 6, another table on the covered patio seats 8. There is a built-in braai, a weber braai and a 2 plate gas-cooker.

Bedroom 2: X2 Single Beds and a ceiling fan. A door leads onto the patio with lovely views and en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 3:  X2 Single Beds and a ceiling fan. A door leads onto the patio with lovely views.
Bedroom 4: X2 3/4 Beds with ceiling fan and a door leading onto the patio with lovely views.
Family Bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet (For bedrooms 3 and 4 to share)
