ACCOMMODATION AND AMENITIES CHECK LIST:

• Mandatory cleaning lady to work 5 weekdays per week. Should there be more than 8 occupants, a second lady will be required to work. Ladies are R350.00 per weekday from 08.00am until 3.30pm. Weekends and Public Holidays are optional and extra.
• Kitchen is equipped with a 5 plate Gas Hob and Double Smeg Electric Ovens.  X1 Fridge/Freezer Combo. Nespresso machine.  Ice Machine, Microwave.
• Scullery is equipped with a Dishwasher, Washing machine and Tumble Drier.
• Smart TV in both lounges. Tenants to log into DSTV via app using own login details.
• Kitchen island: seating for 4 + bar fridge.

• The swimming pool does not have a safety net nor a pool fence. Not safe for babies and toddlers who are unable to swim. Tenants to sign acknowledgement thereof.
