Only a few minutes to Plett’s golden beaches.

Enter from the driveway or the double garage into the spacious open-plan living area. Cosy TV lounge area with doors leading onto the sea-facing balcony, indoor dining table spacious for entertaining up to 12 guests, another covered dining area as well as an enclosed verandah. The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining family and friends and has a separate scullery.

There is one guest bedroom and ensuite bathroom on this level – perfect for someone who is unable to use stairs.
The master bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, study and private balcony are all on the top floor with lovely sea views.
From the main living area, stairs lead down to another sitting room, the remaining 3 guest bedrooms and the pool and entertainment area.  There is a coffee station downstairs.
Doors lead out from the sitting room downstairs onto the decked patio and pool.
There is a lovely outdoor dining table, sun-loungers, outdoor patio furniture and sun umbrellas as well as drinks trolley to use around the rim-flow pool!

* The house is connected to an inverter which runs the lights, TV and WiFi.
* The swimming pool has no safety-nets or pool fences. Property is not suitable or safe for babies and children who are unable to swim unaided.
* Bed linen, bath and beach/swimming towels are provided.
* Mandatory cleaning lady to work weekdays. Her rate is excluded from rentals.
* Double garage remote parking and parking for another 2-3 in the driveway.
* The villa is in a secure estate with access control. There is an alarm system for the house.
* Wi-Fi included. This is at ±20 mbps.
* TV’s with DSTV.
* The kitchen is well-equipped:  4 plate electric hob and a 2  plate gas hob and electric oven. Microwave and Air-frier. Island with prep bowl. Nespresso coffee machine.

* No pets allowed.
* Tenants and their guests need to adhere to the Rules of the HOA.
* The estate offers walking paths, a boardwalk and a children’s play area.
