Downstairs: Parking for two vehicles, off road and open.
Enter into the entrance hall downstairs – the one open-plan bedroom and TV lounge with kitchenette is on this level. There is a separate laundry. Large glass doors open out onto the cool enclosed garden and lawn.

Stairs lead up to the main living area. Enter into the open-plan living area with large glass doors overlooking the vlei (grassland) and Whale Rock. Large glass sliding doors also open up onto the covered and sheltered outdoor entertainment area and pool.

A few stairs up to the left, lead to the main bedroom with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom – overlooking the indigenous coastal garden. Immerse yourself in nature! Watch the stars from your bath. To the right of the kitchen are two guest bedrooms sharing one bathroom:

A few stairs down to the bottom level: Enter into the open-plan living area with TV, built-in book case, a double bed (accessed up a ladder/steps) and two built-in box single beds. * Please have a look at the photos to make sure you and your guests are 100% happy and will be comfortable.
There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Doors lead out onto the lawn and garden.
The laundry is downstairs here as well.

Accommodation Check-List:
The house is serviced on weekdays, by a lovely lady who knows the house has worked for the owners for a few years. Her rate is R350.00 per weekday – please pay her directly.
The house has stairs.
The house is equipped with an alarm system with external and internal security beams.
The property is equipped with a solar inverter. This will keep the lights, fridge and wifi on but will not run the oven, washing machine, drier and dishwasher.
Wifi included.
Kitchen: This is equipped with a gas cooker, electric oven, coffee plungers and an Italian coffee pot!
Separate scullery: Dishwasher
Bringing your own bicycles/surfboards – there is a secure storeroom downstairs for you to use.
Bedlinen and bath towels are provided.
Parking: This is off street and uncovered and unfenced in the driveway for 2.
There is another street parking at the top entrance for another 1-2 cars.
Please do not leave valuables in the car.
Beach towels are provided.
This home is a smoke free zone.
