The house sleeps 8 while bedroom 5 suite is separate from the main house.

Double story house.  Enter into the stylish entrance hall which leads through to the spacious living area with sitting room, indoor dining table seating 12 and modern kitchen. Doors lead out to the outdoor area enclosed in a courtyard. This has a swimming pool and braai.

The indoor dining area seats up to 12 guests comfortably.

Stairs led up to the mezzanine TV room and the main bedroom. There are two guest bedrooms downstairs.

To the left of the entrance, stairs lead up to the 4’th bedroom with kitchenette.

The kitchen is well equipped with X2 ovens and X2 4 plate cooking hobs (one gas and one electric).

Bedroom 5 is independent of the main house and has its own parking area, lounge with TV and DSTV and kitchenette area with outdoor area. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Main Bedroom:  King sized bed with en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.  Air-conditioner.

Bedroom 2: Double bed with en-suite bathroom: Shower & Toilet.

Bedroom 3: Double bed and full en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower & Toilet.

Bedroom 4: Queen sized bed with open-plan lounge and kitchenette.  En-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.

Bedroom 5: Separate from the main house. Apartment with: Double sized bed and en-suite bathroom: Bath, Shower and Toilet. Air-conditioner.  Separate TV Lounge (Flat-screen TV and DSTV) and kitchenette equipped with one hob and oven combo, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer combo. Doors lead to a small garden with built-in braai and parking for one vehicle.

• DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.

• Built-in Braai.
• Parking for two vehicles under car-port. Single garage parking on request. There is an off-street parking for one behind remote controlled gate.
• Non-smoking home, please smoke outside.
• The swimming pool has no safety net and no safety fence. Property is not suitable for children who are unable to swim unaided and unsupervised. Children 8+ welcome.
• The property has a security alarm system.
