The living areas downstairs are tiled while the upstairs TV room and bedrooms have wooden floors.

There is one bedroom downstairs. Stairs lead up to the loft TV room with desk area. The master and second bedroom are upstairs.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:

Main: (upstairs) X1 Queen bed and en-suite bathroom (bath, toilet & overhead shower) Spacious room with doors leading onto a balcony. There is TV upstairs which is connected to DSTV.

Bedroom 2: (upstairs) X2 Single Beds and en-suite bathroom (toilet & shower).

Bedroom 3: (downstairs) X2 Single Beds OR X1 Double Bed. Please confirm at time of booking.

Accommodation & facility check list

• Mandatory cleaning lady to work weekdays at R350.00 per day.  Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are optional and extra.

• The swimming pool has no fence, no safety net and no alarm. No infants, toddlers and children who are unable to swim unaided are allowed to occupy this property.

• Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own swimming/beach towels.

• Uncapped ADSL line.

• Alarm system

• DSTV decoder including smart card available & included in rental.

• Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge & freezer combo. 5 plate Gas Hob and Electric oven

• Weber braai provided.

• Parking: uncovered, off-street parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles. There is a sliding gate which opens manually.

• The property is equipped with an alarm system which has both internal and external security beams.

• Please note that the garage and one room downstairs are excluded from the rental. These are private and used as private stores.

• No pets allowed. There are four resident cats in residence. Tenants must acknowledge the cats and agree to feed them. Food and a brief will be left.
