ENTRANCE/ FIRST FLOOR:

Entrance to the front Door is via a wooden Staircase from the Parking/Driveway.

Enter into the Entrance Hall.

To the left is the open-plan Living, Dining and Kitchen Area with a reading lounge.

To the right are 3 Bedrooms. The 4’th bedroom has its own access door and is separate.

 

The outdoor Entertainment area is to the front which is in an enclosed sunny Courtyard with Swimming Pool and outdoor dining table and Weber braai.

Spacious open-plan Living Area with double-volume ceilings, Dining Table, TV Lounge and Kitchen is spacious and has a double volume ceiling.

The lounge is equipped with a flat-screen TV and DSTV Decoder.

The indoor Dining Table seats 8.

Large glass doors lead out onto the front garden overlooking the Valley.

Wooden stacking doors lead from the Lounge Area to the Courtyard and Pool Area.

The Kitchen has an Island Counter with seating for 5.

Separate Scullery with Dishwasher and Washing Machine.

The Courtyard is equipped with an outdoor Dining Table (wooden Bench seating with cushions) which is undercover.

Weber Braai is provided for your use.

 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

Main Bedroom: Spacious Master Bedroom with a King sized Bed and Dressing Room and en-suite Bathroom: Shower, Bath and Toilet.

There is a Juliette Balcony overlooking the Courtyard and Pool.

Bedroom 2 : X2 Single Beds.

Bedroom 3: Queen Bed.

Family Bathroom: Shower, Bath and Toilet.

Guest toilet.

Please note that there will be a Cupboard in Bedrooms 2 and 3 that will be locked however there is ample available Cupboard space.

Bedroom 4: This has its own entrance and is accessed near the Staircase leading down to the House.

X2 Single Beds made up as a King Bed with en-suite Bathroom: Shower and Toilet.

 

Accommodation Checklist:

* Property is equipped with a 5KW solar back-up inverter to run the lights, plugs, TV, Wi-Fi and X2 Fridges.

* Linen, Bath and Beach/ Swimming Towels are provided.

* Wi-Fi and DSTV Decoder including Smart Card available and included in rental.

* Kitchen equipped with Dishwasher, Washing Machine and X2 Fridge and Freezer combos and Microwave.

* 4 plate Electric Hob and Oven combo.

* The Swimming Pool is equipped with a Safety Net. Please let me know if you’ll need it fitted.

* Optional cleaning lady available on request.

* Weber Braai and Patio furniture available for use.

* Parking for 2 Vehicles behind the Garage. Please note that the Garage is excluded from the rental.

* No pets allowed.

* Strictly non-smoking home, please smoke outside.

Booking and Payment Terms:

* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.

* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.

* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
