From the driveway and garage – enter in the spacious open-plan living and entertainment area with stunning views of the sea and bay. Large glass sliding doors lead from the living area to the North-facing patio and pool.  There is a separate TV room which leads to a guest bedroom.
The open-plan lounge, indoor dining and kitchen are expansive with stunning sea views.

The kitchen is well equipped and has quality appliances as well as a scullery.   Access to the beach is from the estate via  a wooden stairs through the dunes down to Robberg Beach.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS CONFIGURATION:   All bedrooms have siding security shutters and doors.

Top Floor: There are two sea-facing main bedrooms on the top floor with stunning views of the sea and bay – both have sliding doors leading onto the sea-facing balcony.

Bedroom 1:  (Master bedroom) King sized bed and en-suite bathroom:  Bath (with views of the sea), shower and toilet.  The bedroom has a dressing room, gas fireplace and shutters and sliding door leading onto the sea facing balcony.

Bedroom 2: King bed with en-suite bathroom: Shower & Toilet and doors leading to a sea facing balcony.

Middle floor– Main living area:

Bedroom 3: This bedrooms is accessed from the separate TV room.

Double Bed with en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet. Doors lead out onto the pool and patio area. Sea-views.

Downstairs:
Bedroom 4: King sized bed with doors leading out onto the garden.
Bedroom 5: King sized bed with doors leading out onto the garden.

Both have open-plan bathrooms – shower and bath and a separate toilet.  These bedrooms have slight views of the sea and have doors leading to a wooden decked area and enclosed garden.

Accommodation & facility check list:

• Bed Linen, bath and pool towels are provided.
• 1 Cleaning lady is included in the rate to work Mondays to Fridays from 8.30am to 3pm (2pm on Fridays). Duties exclude cooking and babysitting. Week-ends are optional and extra. Should there be more than 6 occupants, another cleaning lady may be required.
