Entrance Level:  Enter from the main entrance into a landscaped courtyard. Stairs lead down to the front door. Enter into the stylish entrance hall with stunning views of the bay and sea. To the right is the kitchen and dining area and to the left the spacious sitting room with TV and views of the sea.

Doors opening onto the pool deck and entertainment area with outdoor dining table for 10, outdoor lounge area, a weber braai and sun loungers. This overlooks the indigenous landscaped garden with stunning views – across the estate, over the valley below, out the bay with an expanse of the ocean and the Tsitsikamma mountain range.

The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with separate scullery area. The indoor dining table seats 8.
You can enter the house directly from the garage.

There is one guest bedroom downstairs while the master and another two guest bedrooms are upstairs.
These three are all sea facing with stunning views.
