Entrance Level:  Enter into the spacious main lounge with (TV), dining area and kitchen.  Large glass folding doors lead from the lounge and dining area out onto the outdoor entertainment area. This has a covered patio, outdoor seating for 10, braai, bar and pool area with stunning views of the sea and mountains.  There is a separate TV room to the left with doors leading onto the patio area.  Small basic study.  The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with separate scullery area. The indoor dining table seats 12.  Maid’s Room may be available – please enquire at time of booking.

• One cleaning lady included in the rate for weekdays. Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are optional and extra.
• The swimming pool does have a safety cover but the property may not be safe for babies and small children due to the sailing wire balustrades on the top floor and staircase.
• Linen, bath and one set of pool towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
• WIFI included. May be capped please confirm at time of booking.
• Back-up generator available for power failures.
• Strictly no pets allowed.
