Upmarket holiday home with spacious holiday accommodation and expansive entertainment area.

Enter into the open-plan living area with lounge, dining and kitchen.

There is a small study area to the left. The lounge offers beautiful views of the sea and Robberg with doors opening onto the sunny seafacing deck with outdoor patio table and sun umbrella.
Doors lead from the kitchen dining area onto the expansive entertainment and pool area. Large covered patio with a dining table seating 10. Outdoor sofas and chairs. The pool is in a sunny position enjoying the afternoon sun.  There are 4 sunloungers to enjoy around the pool. Stairs lead down to the spacious firepit and separate braai area complete with your own pizza oven!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

There are threee bedrooms in the main house – one downstairs and two upstairs. The 4’th bedroom is outside and accessed from the pool area.
All bedrooms have a TV, bar fridge and coffee station. All bathrooms have heated towel rails.
Bedroom 1: King bed with lovely views of the sea. Doors open onto the sea facing baloncy. Air-conditioner. This bedroom is carpeted. En-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 2: Seafacing Queen bed with lovely views of the sea and Robberg. Doors open onto a balcony with chairs and a table. En-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with seaviews and doors onto a balcony. En-suite bathroom with Shower and Toilet.
Bedroom 4: This is just off the pool deck. Queen bed with en-suite bathroom: Shower and Toilet.  * Should you need the queen bed can be replaced with X2 single beds. Please request when making your booking as this cannot be arranged on arrival.
Guest Toilet at the entrance in the house.

Checklist:
Cleaning lady to work weekdays. Her rate is excluded from the rental. Please pay her directly.  Public holidays and weekends are optional and extra.
Property has good quality linen and towels. X1 set of swimming towels are provided.
The pool has no saftey net and no saftey fence.
The house does have an alarm system.
Braai: Built-in braai and pizza oven.
Kitchen: 5 plate gas hob and electric oven. Microwave, Nespresso machine. Ice machine.
Scullery: X2 fridge/freezer combos,  dishwasher, washing machine.
The garage has a tumble drier.
Parking – double garage parking for two vehicles. Guest parking for 4 vehicles.
There is one room which is locked and excluded from the rental and has no one in residence. It may be used as an ironing room. TBC
No pets allowed.
